Registration & Prices
The conference is limited to a total of 120 participants (including invited speakers).
Interested participants should submit an abstract or, for attendance without a presentation, should contact us.
Selected attendees will be sent the registration procedure after the evaluation and selection of the submitted abstracts, in mid-July 2025.
Conference registration fee:

The registration fee includes only the conference attendance and no board and lodging, which must be booked with a step-wise procedure that follows the payment of the registration fee.
The full board meals package (required for each attendee) will include coffee breaks, lunches and dinners onsite and will be priced between 450 and 500 Swiss Francs.
Accommodation onsite will range between ca. 45 and 140 Swiss Francs/person/night, depending on the room type.
