Registration & Prices
The conference is limited to a total of 120 participants (including invited speakers).
Interested participants should submit an abstract or, for attendance without a presentation, should contact us.
Selected attendees will be sent the registration procedure after the evaluation and selection of the submitted abstracts, in mid-July 2025.
IMPORTANT: If you plan to attend the 8th Cancer Cachexia Conference in Turin, Italy, from September 25-27, 2025, and need to leave before the conference concludes, please read more information on the abstract submission page.
Registration fee
The registration fee includes only the conference attendance and no board and lodging, which must be booked with a step-wise procedure that follows the payment of the registration fee.
Full fee: 450.- Swiss Francs
Student fee: 250.- Swiss Francs
Board and lodging
The full meals package (from Sunday's welcome reception until Thursday conference dinner, including coffee breaks - Wednesday's dinner NOT included) will cost 470.- Swiss Francs.
Rooms at Monte Verità range between 51.2 and 141.2 Swiss Francs per night (single room including breakfast and sojourn tax of 4.2 Swiss Francs/night; the room price depends on the room type, cheaper rooms have a shared bathroom).
A shared double room costs 81.2 Swiss Francs per person.
We will block additional rooms in nearby hotels, if the rooms on-site will not be enough. Prices will be posted here when available.
