Abstract submission
- Download the abstract template
- Prepare your abstract strictly following the style guidelines of the template. The full abstract document cannot exceed 1 page in length
- Save the abstract file as a word document (NO PDF) with the last name of the author who will present at the conference
- Send the abstract by email to Paolo Demaria (musclewasting_at_demariaevent.ch)
- In your submission email, please specify your preference between poster and short talk. Please note that your preference is only a suggestion, but the final assignment will be determined by the organizers upon review
- In your abstract submission email, please indicate as well if you plan to attend the whole meeting or leave earlier
- If you want to attend without contribution, send an email to Paolo Demaria (musclewasting_at_demariaevent.ch) to express your interest.
The abstract submission counts as a non-binding pre-registration. In case of overbooking (the conference has a limit of 120 participants), attendees with an accepted abstract will have priority.
In the event that the number of submitted abstracts exceeds capacity (limited to 120 participants), priority will be given to those attending the entire conference, which concludes on Thursday, September 25, with the closing conference dinner.
We kindly ask you to inform us if you plan to leave early when submitting your abstract or when indicating your intention to attend without a contribution. Thank you!
